Laboratory Services Terms & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your purchase of laboratory testing services, sample analysis, and related services from Metaboly Research Group Inc. ("Metaboly," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to all orders placed through Metaboly's website, application, or checkout interface. These Terms are supplementary to and should be read alongside Metaboly's Terms of Service (CAN-24-S-POL-001), Privacy Policy (CAN-24-S-POL-002), and, where applicable, the Prepaid Monitoring Program Terms & Conditions (CAN-24-S-POL-003). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those documents with respect to laboratory services, these Terms shall prevail.

Laboratory services offered by Metaboly are available exclusively to residents of Canada. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are a Canadian resident and that you are the legal owner of the animal from which any submitted sample is derived, or that you are a duly authorised agent of that owner.
